Fine Fixtures wants to do right by you every single time, and that is why we’ve compiled this list of standards to which we will strictly adhere with all the customers we serve. So go ahead. CODE COMPLIANCE

  • Fine Fixtures makes no representation or warranty that its products comply with any federal, state, or local building, plumbing, or safety codes.
  • It is the buyer’s sole responsibility to verify and ensure that all products meet applicable codes prior to purchase, installation, or use.

ORDER & RETURN POLICY

  • All Part sales are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the product’s model number and order the correct parts. Failure to do so may result in incompatible parts which cannot be returned.
  • Please contact Customer Service ‘before’ ordering if you are unsure of your product’s model number or have any questions.
  • While we strive to have all details accurate, the images are for illustration only, and we do not guarantee that the part shipped will look exactly the same.
  • The item numbers on the package may be different than what is shown on the website. That’s because often, one part will suit various products.
  • In case an item arrives damaged, let us know within 24 hours so we can handle it in a timely manner.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

  • Shipping charges apply at checkout, according to the item purchased and the address it will ship to.
  • All Parts orders ship with FedEx.
  • Smaller items that fit in a FedEx Envelope or PAK will often ship with FedEx Express 2Day.
  • Bigger items ship with FedEx Home Delivery.
  • We do not guarantee small items will Ship Express. Still, we strive to send them faster whenever possible.
  • Shipping confirmation is sent while label printing. Orders may take an additional 1-2 days to leave the warehouse.
  • Please note: FedEx delivers at Curbside or Doorstep only.

SHIPPING DAMAGE OR LOSS

  • Buyer assumes responsibility for merchandise delivered in original condition.
  • Damaged orders must be reported to us via phone or email within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Fine Fixtures will require footage of damage, proving that it arrived this way.
  • Fine Fixtures will not be held responsible for claims on toilet plumbing or installation issues.
  • Claims of lost or damaged items due to shipping must be submitted as soon as the delay occurs

FINE FIXTURES ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

  • Unless otherwise specified, all Fine Fixtures products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty against manufacturer defects.
  • This warranty applies exclusively to items purchased directly from Fine Fixtures or its authorized dealers. Purchases made through third-party sellers, resellers, or for used/pre-owned products are not covered.

2. Exclusions and Limitations

This warranty does not cover:

  • Any damages, costs, or charges related to installation, labor, removal, or repair.
  • Consequential, incidental, or indirect damages of any kind.
  • Damage resulting from moving, transportation, or installation.
  • Shipping-related damage to the original order (coverage falls under the seller’s shipping policy).
  • Damage caused by abuse, misuse, neglect, mishandling, alteration, or faulty installation.
  • Damage or deterioration resulting from the use of chemicals, cleaning agents, or other substances. Users are solely responsible for confirming compatibility before use.
  • Compliance with local, state, or national building/plumbing codes. Buyers are responsible for ensuring compliance prior to purchase and installation.

3. Wood, Materials, and Natural Variations

  • Variations in raw materials, including natural grain, knots, mineral streaks, and color differences, are inherent and not considered defects.
  • Wood, veneer, and lumber products may change in color, texture, or surface appearance over time due to exposure to light, oxygen, temperature changes, or humidity. These natural changes are not covered under warranty.
  • While Fine Fixtures will make every reasonable effort to provide a close color/style match for replacement parts, exact matches cannot be guaranteed.

4. Warranty Conditions

  • Coverage applies only to the original purchaser and the original installation site. If the product is moved, resold, or reinstalled elsewhere, the warranty becomes void.
  • Fine Fixtures must be notified in writing immediately upon discovery of any defect, with a detailed description provided.
  • Claims must include proof of purchase showing the original order information and date. Incomplete submissions may not be processed.
  • Fine Fixtures reserves the right to request photographs, videos, or additional documentation to verify claims. Failure to provide requested evidence may result in denial of the claim.

5. Remedies and Limitations

  • Upon verification and approval by Fine Fixtures, defective products or parts will be repaired or replaced at the company’s discretion.
  • Any product, part, or component repaired or replaced under this warranty will be covered only for the remaining duration of the original warranty period.
  • This warranty provides the sole and exclusive remedy for product defects. No other express or implied warranties apply, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Policy Updates

    • Fine Fixtures reserves the right to modify or update this warranty policy at any time, without prior notice.
